What You’ll Learn Each week focuses on one of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, exploring its philosophy, modern relevance, and practical application: Yama: Building ethical foundations for harmonious relationships. Niyama: Cultivating self-discipline and personal growth. Asana: Discovering the art of mindful movement. Pranayama: Harnessing the transformative power of the breath. Pratyahara: Turning inward to nurture inner awareness. Dharana: Developing focus and mental clarity. Dhyana: Experiencing effortless presence in meditation. Samadhi: Connecting to the ultimate state of unity and peace. Gain clarity and focus with tools to quiet the mind and align with your true self. Create balance and harmony with practices to integrate yoga into your daily life. Experience personal growth with a deeper connection to your inner wisdom and purpose. Classes begin February 18th, held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm What’s Included Weekly 90-minute in-person sessions (discussion + guided meditation).
