Sober & Sober Curious
Full Moon Retreat

January 25th-January 28th, 2024

Are you curious about sobriety but not sure where to start?

Are you sober but seeking support around your sobriety?

Have you looked at or tried traditional options for recovery but don’t feel connected to their messaging?

Sobriety is more than just quitting drinking. Addiction is complex and layered with many aspects created by an individual as part of their survival. It is not enough to just quit drinking and expect to live an instant thriving life. But it is the starting point to make changes and see what needs to be let go of in order for you to begin to embrace the idea of living a life beyond alcohol or drugs.

The Full Moon is an opportunity to embrace letting go and so I have created this retreat to support women around being sober or getting curious about getting sober.

This retreat experience will offer you a place to explore sobriety with open talks and discussions as well as journal prompts, breathwork, meditation and somatic practices all in ways that support your mind, body and spirit connection.

The final evening of the retreat will include a letting go ceremony supporting women in letting go of their attachments to their addictions and beliefs and who they are.

This is an intimate experience for up to six guests with the option of a private room with a shared bathroom or the shared deluxe loft room with a private ensuite.

All meals are high vibrational vegetarian dishes which are provided by Certified Holistic Chef Sarah Bingham. All meals and snacks will be included with the cost of your stay as well as your accommodations and your instructions for the weekend.

As it is my intention to grow a community of women who are embracing sobriety you will also receive FREE access to my self paced quit drinking program Conjuring Your Inner Truth.

Spend a weekend hangover free while getting in touch with your mind, body and spirit on a deeper level.

This is your chance to connect with other women who also are also looking at making changes in their life and wanting to let go of what is no longer serving them.

I have sat in circle and practiced letting go with many women. The Full Moon is a powerful time to step into your feminine, connect to your natural rhythms and release while being supported energetically, emotionally and physically in the container which is created when women come together.

If you are looking at making changes in your life and are seeking a deeper spiritual connection with your healing and a connection to other women who want to live honoring all of who they are without the shame and stigma attached to our drinking culture then this is for you.

Your greater self lives beyond your addictions to alcohol. Your greater self has you looking here for change.

Forest Therapy Walks

Gently Guides Forest Therapy Walks with Sarah

Forest Therapy, also known as Forest Bathing and Shinrin-Yoku, is a therapeutic practice that guides people to an inner state of relaxation and sensory restoration through doing a series of sensory oriented invitations that bring them into present moment relationship with the forest. It is a gentle, physically undemanding practice that takes place in an area of forest or along a forest trail. The practice supports the health of both humans and forests.

As part of your retreat experience you will be taken on a guided forest therapy walk with Sarah to help your ground and integrate your experience.
