Seanest on beautiful Vancouver Island is a private home and studio that is offering just this. The Seanest property is nestled in East Sooke BC. This ocean front property accommodates up to ten guests and includes stunning views, a private dock, full fenced and gated yard and hot tub overlooking the ocean.
Inside the home you will find a large stunning kitchen and dining area, an open concept living space with two main floor bedrooms with Queen beds with a shared washroom, a large Master bedroom with a King size bed that features a private ensuite and walk in closet and a deluxe loft space with two Queen beds, a private ensuite and a walk in closet.
This unit is fully equipped with laundry, linens and towels, cooking appliances and dishes and extra blankets for relaxing.
I have curated this package to suit the individual needs of guests who would like to spend the weekend relaxing as well as dedicating their time to self care and self growth on a mind, body and spiritual level.
Upon afternoon check-in guests are offered time to settle in and have dinner before coming to The Nest studio located on the bottom floor of the three story home. Here guests will be invited to spend the evening hours in the studio space in a custom ceremony. Ceremony offerings include: self-love, healing & letting-go. Each ceremony will be unique to each client's needs and include a tea or cacao ceremony, card readings, music, Yoga (Hatha, Restorative, Yin or Yoga Nidra) & somatic meditations as well as journaling and/or sharing.
Once the evening ceremony is concluded guests will be free to spend as much time as they wish in the studio space or finish their evening as they choose. In the morning guests will be invited to the studio space again for a morning yoga movement and meditation class before checking out.
