Sacred Group Containers
March 2026 – February 2027
Each of these containers is held with intention, consent, and reverence for a woman’s body, nervous system, and lived experience.
These offerings are not meant to be consumed.
They are meant to be entered.
LUNA — FULL MOON CIRCLE
A Gateway of Illumination, Release & Emotional Rhythm
Luna is a Full Moon circle designed as a starter and return space — a place where women can come into relationship with lunar wisdom through reflection, release, and emotional awareness.
This circle is held gently and intentionally. It is powerful without being exposing.
Luna is for women who want to:
-
Learn to work with the cycles of the Moon
-
Understand their emotional patterns and inner cycles
-
Practice letting go in a supported environment of other women
-
Feel witnessed without being required to be vulnerable beyond their capacity
What Luna Holds
Each Full Moon gathering includes:
-
Teachings on the astrological Full Moon, lunar archetypes, and seasonal themes
-
Reflection on emotional cycles, inner tides, and release patterns
-
Ritual for letting go, clarity, forgiveness, and integration
-
Guided meditation or gentle somatic practice
-
Group witnessing and optional sharing
This is a space where:
-
Listening is as valued as speaking
-
Insight is welcomed without urgency to “fix”
-
Women are invited to notice what is ready to be released or re-seen
-
Luna often becomes the place where women recognize a desire to go deeper — into embodiment, intimacy, or ongoing mentorship — without being rushed there.
Luna may be right for you if:
-
You want a gentle entry into Moon rituals
-
You’re seeking reflection, emotional release, and clarity
-
You prefer a space where listening is as welcome as sharing
-
You want to explore embodiment without deep exposure

LUNAR & LACE — NEW MOON CIRCLE
A Sensuality Circle & Threshold of Embodied Truth

Lunar & Lace is a sensuality-centered New Moon circle rooted in embodiment, vulnerability, and truth.
This is a space where the body is not bypassed.

Here, women are invited into a conscious relationship with their sensuality, desire, and lived physical experience — not for performance, but for reclamation.
This is not a beginner container.

Lunar & Lace is for women who feel ready to:
-
Explore sensuality as a source of wisdom
-
Be seen without armour or performance
-
Soften into vulnerability with consent
-
Reclaim their sexuality as sacred, embodied, and self-directed
Important Notes on Sensuality & Attire:
-
Optional intimate wear (lace, lingerie, sensual clothing) is welcomed
-
Participation in attire or sensual practices is always optional and consent-based
-
Women are never asked to expose more than feels safe or aligned
-
Sexuality is invited as energy, sensation, presence, and truth — not as display
This space honours:
-
Personal boundaries
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Choice at every level
What Lunar & Lace Holds:

Each New Moon gathering may include:
-
Teachings on sensuality, erotic life force, and feminine embodiment
-
Exploration of desire, pleasure, and self-trust
-
Somatic practices that awaken sensation and presence
-
Ritual that works with intention, longing, and truth
-
Witnessing practices rooted in consent and reverence
Themes explored throughout the year may include:
-
Sensual reclamation and body sovereignty
-
The relationship between shame, desire, and power
-
Safety and trust in vulnerability
-
Feminine cycles, sexuality, and creative life force
-
Allowing yourself to be seen — first by yourself
Lunar & Lace is a threshold space.
It asks for honesty, readiness, and self-responsibility.
Lunar & Lace may be right for you if:
-
You feel called to explore sensuality and embodiment
-
You’re open to optional intimate wear and vulnerable presence
-
You want to reclaim your sexuality as sacred and self-directed
-
You are ready to be seen without armour, at your own pace
Lunar & Lace may not be right for you if:
-
You’re currently in acute trauma healing and need stabilization first
-
The idea of sensual embodiment feels overwhelming rather than curious
-
You’re seeking a purely educational or discussion-based space

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience with embodiment or ritual work?
No prior experience is required. These offerings are guided, trauma-aware, and designed to meet you where you are. Curiosity, self-responsibility, and willingness to listen to your body are what matter most.
Is sharing required?
No. Sharing is always optional. Presence, listening, and personal reflection are equally welcome.
Are sessions recorded?
Luna (Full Moon): Guided portions may be recorded.
Lunar & Lace: Sessions are not recorded to protect privacy and safety.
The Well Woman Path: Teaching portions are recorded when appropriate; personal sharing is not.
Is this trauma-informed?
Yes. All spaces are held with nervous-system awareness, clear consent, and permission to opt out or modify practices at any time. This work is supportive, not clinical or therapeutic.

Sensuality, Sexuality & Consent (Lunar & Lace)
Is Lunar & Lace a sexual space?
Lunar & Lace is sexuality-affirming, not sexualized. There is no sexual activity or performance. Sexuality is explored as personal energy, sensation, and truth — not for others.
Is intimate or lingerie-style clothing required?
No. Intimate wear is optional. You may wear lingerie, sensual clothing, or regular attire. You will never be asked to undress or expose yourself.
What if I feel nervous or unsure?
That’s completely normal. You are always invited to go slowly, keep your camera off, remain clothed.
Are boundaries respected?
Yes. There is no physical contact, no commentary on bodies, and no pressure to share. Consent is explicit and ongoing.

A Closing Note on Choice

You are not meant to do everything.
Some women meet this work through reflection and release.
Some are ready to reclaim their sensual truth.
Some choose to walk the year in embodied devotion.
Each path is complete.
Each entry is valid.
Your body knows which one is yours.
