Within your wounds lies the medicine to heal them.
Some of us learned to leave ourselves early. We learned to read the room, keep the peace, keep it together, and keep our truth unspoken. And sometimes what we reached for to survive became its own kind of wound.
Recover Me is a guide for the return.
Blending Ayurveda, witchcraft and Celtic spirituality, it offers a healing path rooted in the seasons and the elements, one that meets addiction and self-abandonment with courage, compassion and ritual rather than shame.
Inside the book, you'll learn to:
-
Face your shadow and the stories living in your nervous system
-
Set intentions that come from truth, not survival
-
Explore the wounds of the feminine and heal what was passed down to you
-
Work with the seasons and the elements as a framework for recovery
-
Practise rituals and somatic embodiment to come back into your body
-
Reclaim your body as a sacred temple, and your voice as your own
Written by someone who has walked this path...
Recover Me began as a way for me to be seen in my truth. Along the way, it became medicine I wanted to share with others who have fought for their lives too.
I'm an ordained metaphysical minister, holistic coach, somatic embodiment practitioner and end-of-life guide. Through Wild Priestess Collective, I support women in healing, self-reclamation and embodied transformation, because I believe recovery is a return to wholeness.
