Service Description

The Dark Moon Death Ceremony is a sacred ritual of release, renewal, and transformation. This immersive experience invites participants to embrace the cyclical nature of existence by honoring endings and allowing space for rebirth. The ceremony unfolds through intentional stages, beginning with an exploration of the dying process and its significance in personal growth. Through breathwork and drumming, participants will be guided in surrendering attachments, recognizing the impermanence of life, and dissolving aspects of the self that no longer serve them. A key part of the ritual is the creation of a Death Nest, a symbolic space designed for comfort, reflection, and transition. Within this space, participants engage in mantra creation, burning ceremonies, and guided breathwork to facilitate the release of past identities. Following the active dying phase, a post-mortem period allows for integration through tea offerings, journaling, and eulogy writing. The ceremony then transitions into a symbolic funeral, where participants acknowledge their transformation through shared readings and reflections. Finally, a reception provides time for further integration and communal support over tea. This profound ceremony serves as an initiation into a new embodiment of self, offering a space to surrender to death in order to truly live. Under the Dark Moon, participants are invited to embrace the wisdom of impermanence and step into the next chapter of their journey.
