Usui Reiki Level One Training May 16th & 17th | Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM I invite you to join me for a two-day immersive introduction to the practice of Usui Reiki. This Level One Reiki training is designed for those who feel called to explore energy healing for personal healing, self-care, and spiritual development. Usui Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing modality that works with universal life force energy to restore balance within the body, mind, and spirit. During this weekend training, I will guide you through the foundational teachings of Reiki and how to begin working with this energy through your own hands. Level One Reiki focuses primarily on self-healing and personal practice. It is an opportunity to deepen your awareness of energy, reconnect with your own body and intuition, and learn supportive tools for your personal healing journey. Throughout the weekend you will learn: • The history and principles of Usui Reiki • Understanding life force energy and the energetic body • An introduction to the chakra system and the flow of energy • Hand positions for self-treatment and personal healing • Grounding practices, energetic awareness, and practitioner care • Guided hands-on practice to support your own energetic balance During this training you will receive a Level One Reiki Attunement, a sacred energetic initiation that opens the pathway for Reiki energy to flow more freely through you. This attunement supports your connection to universal life force energy and empowers you to work with Reiki for your own healing and wellbeing. My intention for this weekend is to offer a supportive and welcoming learning environment where you can explore Reiki through instruction, discussion, and experiential learning.
