Service Description
The Well Woman Path is a year-long mentorship for women ready to live in rhythm with their body, the seasons, and their life force. This container includes weekly group mentorship calls, bi-weekly 1:1 sessions, and monthly in-person gatherings for local women. This is not a course. It is a path walked together — slowly, relationally, and in devotion. Choose this if you are ready for sustained embodiment, integration, and support across the year. A Year-Long Group Mentorship in Embodied Devotion Investment: $4,440 Begins: Thursday, March 26, 2026 Group Calls: Thursdays | 6:00–8:00 PM (PT) Winter Pause: Following the Winter Solstice through January 4, 2027 Payment Plans Available ✧ Lunar & Lace — Mentorship Add-On Exclusive to Well Woman Path Participants | $222 Women walking The Well Woman Path may choose to deepen their embodiment through Lunar & Lace as an optional devotional layer. This offering extends sensual embodiment and vulnerability within the safety of the mentorship container. This is an invitation — not an expectation. Please note dates could be subject to change due to scheduling conflicts, holidays ect.

Cancellation Policy
### Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment, session, treatment, consultation, or service, you agree to the following policies: **Cancellations & Rescheduling** A minimum of **24 hours’ notice** is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee and/or forfeiture of any deposit or payment already made. **No-Shows** Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be responsible for the full cost of the session. Any payment or deposit already made will be non-refundable. **Late Arrivals** Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to respect appointments scheduled afterward. The full session fee will still apply. If you are significantly late and the session can no longer reasonably take place, it may be considered a late cancellation. **Payments & Deposits** Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking. Where a deposit or advance payment is required to reserve your appointment, your booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received. **Refunds** Completed services are non-refundable. Payments for missed appointments or cancellations made within the 24-hour cancellation period are also non-refundable. **Scope of Services** Holistic, spiritual, somatic, Reiki, meditation, coaching, and other wellness services offered through Wild Priestess Collective are intended to support personal growth and well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other licensed professional care. **Personal Responsibility** You are encouraged to communicate any needs, concerns, injuries, accessibility requirements, or relevant limitations before or during your appointment. You are always welcome to decline or discontinue any practice or activity offered during a session. **Respectful Space** Wild Priestess Collective is committed to providing a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment. Disrespectful, inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe behaviour may result in the immediate termination of a session without refund. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
