Yoga Nidra & Write is a five-week in-person journey designed to soften your body, quiet your mind, and awaken the wisdom of your heart. Through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra and guided writing explorations, you will learn to listen inwardly and shape your personal Sankalpa—the heartfelt intention that emerges from your soul’s deepest desire. Each week we move gently through: ✨ A deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice Using breath, body scanning, visualization, and guided meditation to relax your nervous system and access the fertile inner space where intuition speaks. ✨ Sankalpa exploration You will be guided to refine, expand, and fully connect with your Sankalpa—the seed of intention that aligns you with your truest path. ✨ Scripted journal prompts + intuitive writing After the Nidra practice, you’ll move into reflective writing to translate your inner journey into language, clarity, and embodied insight. ✨ A supportive, creative container Held in community, you’ll have space to rest, release, create, and reconnect to yourself.
