The beginning of a new year is an invitation to pause, reflect, and listen inward—before deciding what comes next. Yoga Nidra & Write is a five-week in-person series designed to help you gain clarity on your intentions for the year ahead through the combined practices of Yoga Nidra and guided writing. Rather than setting goals from the mind, this series supports you in accessing intention from the body, the heart, and the subconscious. Each session begins with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, allowing the nervous system to soften and the mind to enter a receptive state. From this space, you will explore your Sankalpa—a soul-aligned intention—through visualization and carefully crafted journal prompts. Writing becomes a tool for integration, insight, and clarity. Over the five weeks, you will: Regulate and calm the nervous system through Yoga Nidra Explore and refine your Sankalpa (Heart's Desire) with intention and care Access intuitive wisdom through guided writing practices Develop clarity, direction, and inner trust for the year ahead Create a grounded, embodied foundation for the months to come This series is ideal for those seeking a quieter, more meaningful way to begin the year—one rooted in rest, reflection, and inner alignment rather than pressure or performance.
