Spring is a beautiful time of year, everything in nature shows us new life and growth is upon us.

 

My Spring Women's Retreat offers women the oppurtunity to manifest the new growth they want to see in their lives. Retreats are a great way to connect with other women while supporting each other in your growth and wellbeing in a safe and open space.

Learning how to harness and embrace the energy of the season will allow you to create your dreams and manifestations on a higher level and vibration that promotes growth and healing. 

 

Connecting to the support the earth is naturally offering you will help your growth to be more abundant and transformational.

This retreat offers an intimate space that will support you in creating the beauty you are dreaming of in your life while empowering you to make all of your manifestations to come true.

During the retreat you will participate in group intention setting & manifesting work using guided meditation, intuitive movement & gentle releasing exercises for removing blocks, as well as a fire ceremony to release what no longer serves you as you draw in and embody your manifestations.

 

This experience includes shared accommodations with a private ensuite at West Coast River Lodge, all nourishing meals and snacks, one on one Power Coaching times with Kristina, optional massage with energy work & personal growth work and materials.

My name is Sarah and I am so honoured to be providing the food on this beautiful retreat.

I am grateful too have created a beautiful life on Vancouver Island, alongside my daughter, Juniper, who will often be joining me in the kitchen.

I have been a Red Seal Chef for over 15 years but in the last few I really wanted to bring in the nutrition component to the food I prepare. I took my holistic nutritionist training at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and am now proud to call myself a Holistic Chef.

I am passionate about the outdoors, using local and seasonal ingredients and inspiring people to add more veggies and plant-based meals into their life!!! I truly believe food is our medicine and for us to reach our full potential we must address what we are putting in our body.

I will prepare all of your food with the utmost love and care and hope you can feel it as you enjoy your meals.

I look forward to meeting each of you.

Retreat FAQ's

What are the accomodations?

Accomodations are shared bedrooms, that include two double bed or a single and double bed, with private ensuite bathrooms with a view of the river.

What if I have food allergies or sensitvities?

Our Chef is qualified to take care of any food allergies or sensitivities in a professional and safe matter.

 

What if I don't have a meditation practice?

There is no prior experience in yoga or meditation needed to take part in the retreat.

 

Do I have to be sober to attend the retreat?

No, you do not need to be sober to attend the retreat, it is however recommended that you do not use alcohol while attending the retreat.

 

How do I secure my spot?

A $250 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration with the remainder of the fee due within 30 days.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your spot for the retreat you will receive a full refund (minus deposit) within 45 days of the retreat, 50% refund after that and No Refund within 30 days of the retreat.
